my 4-step Mural Process

1) Onboarding

Once the project scope and estimate are approved, we move forward with a contract, client brief, and invoice. A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

The client brief outlines key details including wall size, design direction, usage, and timeline to ensure everything is aligned from the start.

2) Research & Creative Direction

If a mood board is not provided, we collaborate on visual direction and references to define a clear creative approach that aligns with your brand and space.

4) Design & Production

I develop two initial concept sketches based on the approved direction. This phase includes up to two rounds of revisions to refine the design before final approval.

5) Final Deliverables

Once approved, we move into production.

For hand-painted murals, painting dates are scheduled and materials are prepared.
For vinyl murals, high-resolution production-ready files are delivered or shared directly with your print vendor for seamless installation.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most mural projects are completed within Approx. 4 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

MURAL PROJECT PRICING

Pricing varies based on the size of the wall and the overall complexity of the project. Each proposal includes concept development, revisions, and high-resolution final artwork ready for vinyl production and installation. Please note that my minimum pricing for mural projects starts at 3K.
