Mural Process

Onboarding
Once the project scope and estimate are approved, we move forward with a contract, client brief, and invoice. A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. The client brief covers all key details including wall size, usage rights, design elements, and timeline.

Research and Mood Board
If a mood board is not provided, we collaborate on research and visual direction to ensure the mural aligns with your vision and brand.

Design and Production
I create two initial concept sketches based on the approved brief and mood board. This phase includes up to two rounds of revisions, depending on the project.

Final Deliverables
After final approval, we schedule painting dates and purchase supplies. For digital or vinyl murals, final high-resolution files are delivered or shared directly with your print shop. Vinyl murals are a cost- and time-effective option that offers durability and flexibility.

Turnaround Time
Most mural projects can take Approx. 4 weeks, depending on complexity.
