Mural Process

Onboarding: Contract & Client Brief

After we have aligned on our project scope and the estimate has been approved, we move forward with the following.

Contract: this outlines the terms and conditions of our mural project agreement
Client Brief: Here we speak more in-depth about the project details to make sure we haven’t missed any important details. What you need, usage rights, size of wall(s), and elements of the design such as phrases, lettering styles, illustrations, when do you need it… etc.)
Invoice ( A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project and 50% is due upon completion)

Research & Moodboard

If a mood board is not provided we can work together to do research and create one for your project.

Design & Production

Here we start by creating either 2 different concept sketches taking the mood board/creative brief as a reference. We will showcase a variety of styles, illustration elements, and/or color palettes or otherwise.

Includes either 2 rounds of revisions depending on the project.

Final Deliverables

Once finally approved, we proceed to schedule the dates to paint, and purchase the supplies or if it is digital(*vinyl mural), we will release the final files to you or work directly with your print shop to provide the artwork in Hi-resolution.

*Vinyl murals, are a great cost and time-effective way of beautifying your space. This approach makes it affordable and quicker as well as long-lasting!

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time for murals can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.
